簡介
- The Grinding Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining grinding machines used in the manufacturing process. This role ensures that components are ground to precise dimensions and surface finishes by production specifications and quality standards.
職位要求
- Set up and operate grinding machines such as surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, or centerless grinders.
- Interpret engineering drawings and work orders to determine grinding requirements.
- Inspect workpieces for defects, measure dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and other tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance grinding, making adjustments as necessary.
- Replace worn or damaged machine tools and parts.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Complete production reports and documentation as required.
- Collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams.
