簡介
- Learn about various aspects of the meat processing industry, including sourcing, production, quality control, sales, and distribution.
- Participate in training modules across different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business operations.
- Assist with the management of day-to-day operations in meat processing and packaging facilities.
- Work closely with senior management to understand decision-making processes and business strategies.
- Help in developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in all areas of operation.
職位要求
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Management, or any related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a business or management role in food industry
- Preference for candidate residing in or close to Imus Cavite and willing to travel
