• Shadow Supervisors to learn daily courier operations and rider support
• Assist with rider recruitment, onboarding, and training
• Help create and optimize delivery schedules and routes
• Support tracking of rider performance, safety, and compliance
• Learn to manage rider equipment and inventory
• Prepare basic operational reports and present findings

• Graduate of 4 yrs course

• Atleast 2 yrs working experience

• Knowlegeable to MS Word/Excel/PPT

• Output oriented

• Can work under minimal supervision and under pressure

• Having own motorcycle is an advantage with drivers license

• Computer literate
