Supervise and monitor the operational performance of vessels under the company's fleet.
Ensure vessels comply with international maritime regulations, safety codes, and environmental guidelines.
Conduct regular inspections of vessels and manage maintenance schedules.
Oversee vessel loading and unloading procedures to ensure they are carried out safely and in compliance with regulations.
Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of vessels to meet company schedules and objectives.
Monitor the performance and safety standards of onboard crew members.
Ensure crew is adequately trained and maintains certifications as per regulatory requirements.
Address crew concerns, resolve any conflicts, and ensure the team is motivated and operating efficiently.
Organize training and development programs to enhance crew knowledge of safety protocols, vessel operation, and maintenance.

Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in marine operations are preferred.
Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of experience in marine or dock services.
Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of marine equipment, safety protocols, and basic maintenance skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Load and unload cargo, maintain dock equipment, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Working Conditions: Must work outdoors in varying weather conditions and operate heavy machinery.
Qualities and Traits: Strong teamwork, adaptability, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
