- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and eager to learn the ins and outs of marketing in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, emails, and social media content.
- Support digital marketing efforts including website updates, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Help manage the company’s social media accounts and engage with followers.
- Track marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for promotional events and materials.
- Maintain and update the marketing database and CRM tools.
- Assist in planning and organizing events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
職位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
