We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation and digital marketing, with a keen interest in research and coordination. You will play a vital part in supporting our marketing initiatives by helping with content development, market and KOL research, digital marketing activities, and event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation:
• Assist in writing, editing, and scheduling social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Support the development of visual content in collaboration with the design team.
• Market Research:
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
• Analyze data to support strategic marketing decisions.
• KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Research:
• Identify and evaluate potential KOLs and influencers relevant to our brand.
• Maintain a database of KOLs and assist in outreach efforts.
• Digital Marketing Support:
• Assist with SEO, email campaigns, and analytics tracking.
• Help with content scheduling and performance reporting.
• Event Coordination:
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events (online and offline).
• Coordinate logistics, prepare materials, and handle event follow-ups.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or working toward one).
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or assistant role preferred, but fresh grads are welcome to apply.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, or Adobe Suite, and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Interest in digital marketing trends and influencer marketing is a plus.
