- Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience is required.
- Minimum 2+ years of real estate industry experience is required.
- Experience working with Western clients (AUS/NZ/US/Europe) is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills.
Skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Canva (Adobe skills are a plus).
- Must be proficient in social media platforms, email marketing tools, CRM systems, and design software.
- Social media savvy – can plan, create, and manage content.
- Basic graphic design and excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable navigating and learning CRM systems.
Education
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Social Media
- Create marketing materials including brochures, Information Memorandums, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Prepare marketing submissions and coordinate with third-party suppliers.
- Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and help boost engagement.
Lead Generation & Data Management
- Conduct research using tools like CoreLogic, White Pages, Infobel, and more.
- Maintain and update property databases and client information.
- Assist in reviewing and preparing real estate and migration forms.
CRM & Listings Management
- Update CRM data, manage contact lists, and support property listing updates.
- Send email communications, announcements, and marketing campaigns to clients.
Administrative Support
- Manage inbox communications and handle client/supplier follow-ups.
- Receive and make calls professionally when needed.
- Organize files, monitor campaign checklists, and provide general administrative support.
