JOB OBJECTIVE

Play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by generating high-quality leads and implementing effective marketing strategies.

• Identify leads through various channels such as online research, social media platforms, and industry events.
• Send outreach emails to engage prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel using our set of guidelines and work instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads in our CRM system for seamless tracking and follow-up.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
• Generate reports to track marketing performance and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
• Contribute to creating content for marketing channels, including email campaigns, social media, and blog articles.

• Bachelor's degree or must have completed at least 2nd year of college level, preferably in a marketing-related course.
• At least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry, handling an international account.
• Must have excellent writing skills in English; good speaking skills in English.
• Prior exposure to lead generation and/or digital marketing is hugely beneficial.
• Time management skills and ability to set priorities.
• A keen eye for detail, proven high accuracy in work, and tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and digital tools.
