1 Cooperative Insurance System of the Philippines
Functions:
- Seeks out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients;
- Explains features, advantages and benefits of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans;
- Computes and negotiates insurance premium for the cooperative;
- Conducts pre-underwriting;
- Ensures that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and the completion of appropriate forms; and
- Delivers After Sales Service.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
SALARY IS COMMISSION BASED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php5,000.00 per month
