The Senior Market Development Executive will lead initiatives to expand the company’s market presence, drive revenue growth, and build strong client partnerships within the flavors, food additives, and related ingredients industries. This role combines strategic business development, key account management, market analysis, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is experienced in technical sales, with strong industry knowledge and the ability to develop long-term, profitable relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in target markets.
• Manage and expand relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Production, and Logistics) to deliver customized solutions.
• Prepare sales strategies, forecasts, and performance reports for management.
• Monitor industry developments and recommend initiatives to strengthen market positioning.
• Participate in trade shows, client visits, and industry events as required.
• Mentor or guide junior team members when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, Chemistry, or any related field.
• More than 6 years of sales experience in the flavors, food additives, ingredients, or related industries.
• Strong background in B2B technical selling and market development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage complex client accounts.
• Willing to travel for client meetings or events.
