Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on both online and offline marketing strategies (experience in financial services or fintech is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability and track record in designing and executing strategic marketing campaigns and programs that effectively drive brand growth, increase revenue, and enhance user acquisition.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, external partners, and agencies to enhance marketing efforts.
- Experience working with OFW communities/clients is an advantage but not necessarily required.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork and attend events.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and software is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages and supervises marketing officer & marketing specialists to achieve targets and directives through the following activities, including but not limited to:
1. Marketing Strategy Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive user acquisition, and increase revenue across both online and offline channels.
- Stay current with marketing trends and best practices in both digital and offline spaces, recommending innovative approaches that support business expansion.
2. Campaign Management
- Manage online marketing initiatives, encompassing social media, online advertising, influencer marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM/ASO, mobile app marketing, website content, and various other digital channels
- Oversee offline marketing initiatives such as print advertising, direct mail campaigns, events, trade shows, and public relations.
- Create compelling marketing content, campaigns and promotions that align with brand positioning and support business growth objectives in both digital and traditional formats.
3. Brand Management
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all marketing materials and communications.
- Monitor brand health and reputation, implementing strategies to enhance brand perception.
4. Performance Measurement and Budget Management
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across all channels and their contribution to revenue targets.
- Allocate the marketing budget effectively across various online and offline channels based on performance analysis and growth potential.
5. Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Provide guidance and support in the development of marketing materials and content.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify training needs for team members.
6. Stakeholder Engagement
- Conducts cross-department collaborations to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.
- Present marketing plans and results to the marketing head, senior management and stakeholders.
