Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and sales of the company’s real estate projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
Conduct market research to identify trends, target demographics, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing efforts.
Collaborate with senior management to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual elements across all marketing materials and platforms.
Create branded content, including brochures, signage, and presentations, that accurately represents the company’s properties and values.
Position the brand effectively to appeal to target audiences in the competitive real estate market.
Plan and execute advertising campaigns, including print ads, digital banners, billboards, and radio/TV ads, to promote properties and brand awareness.
Organize promotional events and property showcases, such as open houses, virtual tours, or client appreciation events.
Build and manage relationships with media outlets, real estate portals, and advertising agencies.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Conduct customer surveys, focus groups, and feedback analysis to understand client needs and preferences, adapting marketing strategies accordingly.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and ROI, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.

Job Title: Marketing Manager
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in branding, editing, publishing, multimedia, social media, and digital marketing. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement marketing campaigns, conduct market research, manage customer relationships, and prepare performance reports.
Working Conditions: Primarily in an office setting, may require occasional travel for client meetings.
