Weʼre looking for a hands-on, strategic marketer to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up. As our first marketing hire, youʼll combine vision and execution: setting strategy, running campaigns, and later growing a team as the company scales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and lead our marketing strategy across digital, B2B, and offline channels.
• Research markets, competitors, and customer behavior to shape positioning.
• Create and execute campaigns — from writing copy and SEO optimization to running digital ads and managing social media.
• Measure campaign effectiveness, track KPIs, and optimize for growth.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to align marketing with business objectives.
• Build and manage a future marketing team and vendor network

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•  5 to 7 years of experience in marketing with both strategy and execution ownership.
• Proven experience in international or export-oriented industries.
• Strong hands-on skills: copywriting, SEO, paid media, content, analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a build-from-scratch environment.
• Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage).
