As the Marketing Manager at Pet Warehouse Inc., you will oversee the full scope of marketing, brand management, and creative strategy, with a strong emphasis on integrated campaign execution, brand development, and team leadership. Your role will be critical in driving growth, strengthening brand presence, and building the marketing infrastructure needed to scale effectively in a competitive and fast-evolving industry. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role requires a balanced thinker—equal parts creative visionary and performance-driven marketer—with a passion for storytelling, strategy, and execution.

Lead Marketing Strategy: 

  • Drive the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that support growth, enhance brand visibility, and generate demand across multiple channels.
  • Build a Strong, Cohesive Brand: Own the Pet Warehouse brand identity and ensure consistent, compelling storytelling across all touchpoints—from packaging to web, social to in-store.
  • Inspire and Lead Creative Execution: Manage and guide in-house and external creative teams to deliver best-in-class content, campaigns, and design assets.
  • Balance Digital and Traditional Media: Oversee performance-driven digital marketing efforts while strengthening our presence in print, trade shows, and retail environments.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and lead multi-channel marketing strategies that align with business goals and sales targets
  • Manage annual marketing calendar, campaigns, and initiatives across digital, print, in-store, and event-based channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations) to support promotions, launches, and seasonal pushes
  • Oversee marketing analytics and reporting, track KPIs, and optimize campaign performance

Brand Management

  • Own the Pet Warehouse brand strategy, voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation and messaging across packaging, online platforms, retail materials, and internal communications
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure brand alignment throughout the organization and partner network

Creative Leadership

  • Lead and inspire the in-house creative team (or external agencies) to deliver high-quality marketing assets, packaging designs, content, and campaigns
  • Guide creative direction across photography, video, copywriting, and digital design
  • Champion innovation in how we tell our story and engage with customers and retailers

Digital & Traditional Marketing

  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid media, social media, and website optimization
  • Manage traditional marketing including catalogs, brochures, trade show materials, retail signage, and print advertising
  • Identify and manage marketing vendors and platforms to scale campaigns efficiently
