Job Summary:


The Digital Marketing and E-commerce Assistant Manager is a crucial member of the team, responsible for supporting the development and execution of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies. This individual will assist in managing online campaigns, optimizing website performance, and analyzing data to drive sales and brand awareness.


Responsibilities:


  • Digital Marketing Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.). This includes keyword research, content creation, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization.
  • E-commerce Platform Management: Assist in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth functionality, user-friendly navigation, and effective product presentation. This may involve working with CMS systems, managing product listings, and processing orders.
  • Website Optimization: Assist in improving website performance through SEO best practices, technical optimization, and user experience enhancements. This includes analyzing website traffic, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance conversion rates.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing and e-commerce activities. Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing performance, identifying trends, and recommending improvements.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and interacting with followers to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of high-quality digital content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, and email newsletters.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in the management of digital marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and reporting.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing and tracking digital marketing and e-commerce budgets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


Bonus Points:


  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience in the FMCG industry.
