- Conduct through market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.

Sales Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and customer engagement efforts.

Budget Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across campaigns.

Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a team of creatives and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as Senior Manager.
- 5 + years of progressive marketing experience , with a strong on Digital marketing, Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The Line (BTL) strategies, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
