About the Role:

The Marketing Project Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing-related projects with a strong foundation in IT systems and tools to support marketing operations. This role requires technical literacy, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving and risk management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.


Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all marketing-related projects are accurately scoped, planned, and executed within timelines.

Prepare project documentation, including project charters, work plans, and communication plans.

Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring project goals remain achievable.

Act as the main liaison between the Marketing Team, IT, and other departments.

Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely delivery of reports and CRM-related tasks.

Communicate with software/system vendors regarding CRM and reporting requirements.

Collaborate with senior executives in a multicultural environment to align with business goals.

Oversee lead data flow, conversion tracking, and reporting within CRM platforms (Zoho preferred).

Ensure data accuracy—capturing, validating, and disseminating information across teams.

Work with IT to enhance reporting processes and dashboards.

Support cross-departmental initiatives involving marketing activities.

Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, dependencies, and deliverables.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing end-to-end marketing projects, coordinating across teams and vendors.

Strong understanding of CRM systems, reporting tools, and marketing data flow processes.

● Excellent planning, data management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

● Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

● Background in IT, digital systems, or CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
