Position Summary:
Responsible for marketing short-term leases such as events, exhibits, thematic fairs, promoting the cinema, forging partnerships with organizations and government agencies. He/she is tasked in devising marketing strategies that promote our retail products and enhance our brand presence. To collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic, increase sales, and foster customer loyalty within our retail stores.
Scope and Responsibilities:
Marketing of created leasable spaces
- Ensure implementation of revenue generating marketing activities that contributes sustainable foot fall count
- Tasks in the promotion of cinema and management of its operations
Advertising
- Handle all collateral requirements of IL Corso
- Maximize occupancy of indoor and outdoor collateral spaces IL Corso by offering spaces to prospective advertisers other than the mall tenants.
- Conduct market research to be adept with the industry trends and practices.
- Oversee all collateral booking of various commercial centers, and coordinate with tenants and advertisers all activities relating to collaterals.
Digital Marketing
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and website optimization to drive online and in-store traffic.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies regarding the development of the IL Corso websites and social media accounts in terms of advertising, promotions, events, PR, and other activities.
- Generate data base list and use it in activities that will benefit Cebu malls.
- Develop compelling marketing content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and advertising materials.
Public Relation
- Highly involved in the management of PR related activities
- Coordinate with the agency regarding the development of the IL Corso PR write-ups and other efforts
- Interact with various tenants/exhibitors as far PR contents of the write-ups.
- Foster strong customer relationships through loyalty programs, feedback mechanisms, and personalized marketing initiatives.
Marketing Strategy
- Leads in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans and strategies tailored to our retail business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitors activities to inform
- Create and oversee in-store promotional activities, visual merchandising, and displays to attract and engage customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with the leasing team and provide necessary support for product launches and promotions.
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Minimum of one (1) year Marketing related experience
- Proficient in MS Office Application
- Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
