Responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships, overseeing vendor relationships, and ensuring the effective implementation of marketing strategies across the company's retail arm. This role will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, driving sales, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to support the company's growth objectives
1. Partnership Management and Optimization
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with key partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze partnership performance against agreed-upon KPIs and objectives, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within partnerships, ensuring a smooth and productive relationship.
2. Marketing Initiatives
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with partners to co-develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that drive brand awareness and growth.
- Marketing Materials: Oversee the creation of branded marketing materials and ensure they adhere to brand guidelines and deliver a consistent message
- Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for partnership activities, ensuring effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
- Training: Provide training and support to trade partners to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives to retail arm.
3. Brand Portfolio Management
- Portfolio Analysis: Assist in analyzing the brand portfolio to assess performance, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
- Brand Positioning: Help manage brand positioning strategies to ensure a cohesive and effective brand presence across all channels.
- Product Updates: Coordinate with product teams to update and maintain accurate brand information and product details.
4. Strategic Alignment and Integration
