Email Marketing Specialist (Remote)

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who loves turning ideas into engaging emails that people actually want to open. If you’re creative, data-driven, and excited about building meaningful connections with customers through email, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, create, and send email campaigns that educate, engage, and convert our audience
• Write clear, compelling copy that matches our brand voice
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and subscriber growth
• Set up automations, workflows, and drip sequences
• A/B test subject lines, content, send times, and designs
• Track performance (open rates, clicks, conversions) and recommend improvements
• Work with the marketing and design team to brainstorm ideas and optimize campaigns
• Ensure emails follow best practices for deliverability and compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in email marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Creative mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable analyzing data and optimizing based on insights
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Bonus: experience in design, automation, or SMS marketing
• Experience in the finance or trading industries
