Job title: Marketing & Content Assistant

Remote | PHP 15,000-20,000 monthly | 20 hrs/week Must be available during Adelaide business hours

Key Responsibilities

• Repurpose long-form dance videos into YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok clips using clear templates and guidelines.
• Upload, schedule, tag, and optimise short-form content for YouTube and other social platforms.
• Assist in building simple marketing funnels (lead magnets, landing pages, email sequences) using provided tools and layouts.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure weekly publishing deadlines are met.
• Edit basic thumbnails, titles, and captions using brand guidelines.
• Organise raw footage, project folders, and SOPs for smoother workflows.
• Communicate proactively - flag delays, ask clarifying questions, and keep tasks moving.
• Support small admin tasks related to digital product launches or membership updates.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2-3+ years experience in digital marketing, content repurposing, or social media support.
• Confident editing short-form videos (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar).
• Strong English and comfortable working directly with a founder.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and communicate issues early - no ghosting.
• Experience scheduling YouTube content and managing metadata (titles, tags, thumbnails).
• Available for AEST overlap and steady part-time hours (20 hrs/week).
• Reliable internet and a stable home-office setup.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Systeme.io, or similar funnel builders.
• Experience in online education, fitness, dance, or creator-driven brands.
• Basic graphic design skills for consistent thumbnails and social assets.
• Understanding of YouTube analytics and simple performance reporting.
