簡介

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Maintain and update lead information in the company’s CRM system.
  • Nurture prospects by building relationships and providing relevant information about products or services.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and target customer needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to build a career in sales/marketing.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
