We are looking for a creative and data-savvy Marketing Planner to craft and execute mouth-watering campaigns that fill our dining room and create lasting customer relationships.


In this key role, you will design and manage irresistible promotions, special events, and loyalty programs that attract new guests and keep our regulars coming back for more. You will turn market trends and customer cravings into actionable plans that boost our brand’s presence, drive sales, and build a community of dimsum lovers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create, plan, and execute integrated restaurant marketing campaigns and promotional strategies (e.g., seasonal tasting menus, holiday feasts, dimsum festivals, loyalty reward programs, and local partnerships) to meet guest acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Campaign & Event Management: Own the end-to-end process for restaurant promotions and special events—from planning the calendar and budgeting to coordinating with the kitchen, service staff, and suppliers to ensure flawless execution.
  • Analysis & Optimization: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using restaurant-specific KPIs (cover count, average bill value, promo redemption rates, social media engagement). Use insights to refine future offers for maximum impact.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Monitor local dining trends, competitor menus and promotions, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for events and menu-based promotions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team, floor managers, and digital/social media teams to ensure all promotions are communicated accurately and executed seamlessly both online and in-house.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the promotions budget, ensuring cost-effective spending on marketing materials, special ingredients, and event setups.

  • A proactive planner who thrives on both big-picture strategy and the hands-on details of making an event successful.
  • Creative and analytical—you can brainstorm a exciting food festival and also track whether it brought in enough customers.
  • Customer-obsessed, with a knack for understanding what makes diners choose, enjoy, and return to a restaurant.
  • Highly organized, capable of juggling multiple campaigns, holidays, and daily specials in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • An excellent communicator who can clearly present ideas to the team and report results to management.


Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field OR 1-2 years of relevant experience (restaurant, F&B, or retail promotions experience is a strong plus).
  • A creative and strategic mindset—you love solving the puzzle of “how do we get more guests through the door?”
  • Comfort with data and analytics; curious to learn what drives customer behavior in a restaurant setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic restaurant environment.
  • Basic understanding of marketing channels, especially social media (Facebook, Instagram) and email marketing as used in the F&B industry.


Preferred (Bonus Points):

  • Experience in the food & beverage, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Familiarity with local food trends and the Binondo/Manila dining scene.
  • Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva) or social media scheduling.
  • A genuine passion for food and creating memorable dining experiences.
