The Marketing Supervisor will lead marketing professionals, overseeing the planning, execution, and analysis of campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

. 3-5 years of marketing experience (with 1-2 years in a supervisory role).

. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads).

. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

. Supervise daily team activities and coordinate campaigns across digital, traditional, and social media platforms.

. Monitor performance using analytics and ensure brand consistency.

. Manage marketing budgets and collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, creative).

. Assist with corporate compliance and manage vendor relationships.

Work Setup

. Hybrid arrangement: 3 days onsite in BGC, Taguig and days WFH.
