Inspect vehicle’s mechanical components and its engine, diagnosing problems with vehicles and performing maintenance and repair work on cars, truck and other vehicles.
Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to driver’s complains; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage.
Perform scheduled maintenance services, including tune-ups and adjustments to extend the lifespan of equipment.
Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.
Complies with LTO vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control
standards.

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational program in automotive technology preferred.
Vocational Course in Automotive
At least two (2) years experience
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, strong mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
Conduct routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair vehicles as needed.
