Perform schedule preventive maintenance of bottling & blending and packing, fermentation machines etc. to ensure optimal performance
Diagnose mechanical, electrical and pneumatic faults and alarm in bottling & blending and packing, fermentation machine and equipment
Support set-up and changeover of machines based on production requirements
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency
Ensure all maintenance work complies with plant safety policies and standard operating procedures
Record all maintenance activities in equipment history logs or computerized machine maintenance systems and continuous reliability improvement initiatives
Provide on-call or shift based technical support during production operations
Coordination and training with machine makers for major repairs or equipment servicing

Graduate of any Engineering or Technical courses
At least five (5) years of experience in food manufacturing firms under maintenance and engineering
With strong knowledge on mechanical and electrical equipment installation, repair and maintenance, HMI & PLC programming and troubleshooting, 5S, GMP, Microsoft Office and MS Project, ISO, HACCP and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)
