1. Supervision and Coordination

• Assist in supervising maintenance personnel including electricians, welders, and general helpers.
• Coordinate daily task assignments based on maintenance schedules and work requests.
• Monitor task progress and provide on-site guidance and support to maintenance staff.

2. Preventive Maintenance

• Help oversee the implementation of Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) for equipment, electrical systems, feeding systems (e.g., Roxell), and farm structures.
• Ensure proper documentation and scheduling of routine checks and maintenance logs.
• Conduct inspections to verify the condition of equipment and facilities.

3. Repair and Troubleshooting

• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues on farm equipment and systems.
• Coordinate immediate response to urgent repair requests from production or operations teams.
• Ensure repair work is completed efficiently and to safety standards.

4. Inventory and Resource Management

• Support the management of tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
• Help maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate restocking of critical supplies.
• Assist in evaluating equipment and material needs for ongoing or future projects.

5. Safety and Compliance

• Enforce farm safety protocols and proper use of PPE among maintenance staff.
• Report and assist in resolving any safety hazards or non-compliance issues.
• Promote adherence to biosecurity and environmental management practices (e.g., wastewater, mortality handling)
