As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be the key link between our pharmaceutical products and healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility is to promote and sell our product line to doctors, hospitals, and other medical institutions within your assigned territory. You will ensure our products are effectively recommended, prescribed, and used in alignment with company goals and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to increase product awareness and drive sales.
- Conduct regular field visits and sales calls to meet targets and deliver product information.
- Implement territory action plans to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Organize and participate in medical activities such as product presentations, round table discussions, and CME programs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve strategy.
- Submit accurate reports on daily activities, sales performance, and territory coverage.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, marketing guidelines, and industry regulations.
- Maintain professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all field activities and communications.
Qualifications:
- At least a 3rd year college level or a Bachelor's degree graduate
- With or without sales experience (training will be provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented
- Willing to do extensive fieldwork and open to being assigned to outbased locations
- Must have a pleasing personality
- Must be a team player and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Tattoos allowed as long as not visible during work
