Variance Trading Corporation is one of the leading distributors of high-quality medical equipment and consumable nationwide.


We are urgently in need of a Professional Medical Rep Manager for MANILA Area who shares the same goals and passion in providing high-quality healthcare products and services in developing health status and quality life.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or business field, such as BS Nursing, BS Medical Tech, BS RadTech, BS Biology or a related area.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are crucial for interacting with healthcare professionals.
  • Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of medical terminology and the technical aspects of the products being sold is essential.
  • Sales & Marketing Acumen: Experience in sales or marketing, particularly within the medical field, is often a prerequisite.
  • Other Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently to meet sales targets.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is typically required, as the role involves significant travel.
  • 2-3 Years of experience in the same field.
  • PRC License is an advantage but not required


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Promotion: Introduce and promote medical devices, and other medical products to healthcare professionals like doctors, nurses, (Private & Government Hospital)
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals within a specific geographical territory.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of company products, answering technical questions and offering advice on their proper use.
  • Presentations & Events: Deliver presentations to healthcare professionals and organize or attend medical conventions and events to promote products and engage with the healthcare community.
  • Market Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare sales reports, maintain client records, and keep management updated on daily activities and performance.


Working with field service engineer, warehouse, sales & marketing coordinator and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of

materials are being produced and all client needs met
