This is a fully remote role open to candidates located anywhere in Thailand, with fluency in both English and Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

ECG Data Management:

• Process, analyze, and generate AI-powered ECG reports for veterinary clinics
• Validate data and report quality to ensure accurate diagnostic and monitoring results

Customer Support:

• Address customer inquiries and technical support requests via email, chat, or phone
• Assist internal teams in customer communication

Operational Excellence:

• Meet strict turnaround times for report delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, veterinary, marketing, and product teams) to improve service quality

Additional Duties:

• Assist in creating customer communication materials (e.g., FAQs, troubleshooting guides)
• Support supervisors with tasks related to service optimization

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or related field with coursework in Physiology; OR
• Higher Diploma/Associate Degree + ≥2 years of proven experience as an ECG technician or in a clinical diagnostics role

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with ECG signal interpretation (human or veterinary experience accepted)
• Proficiency in digital tools/platforms (training provided for proprietary systems)

Work Schedule:

• Availability to work 4 days, 40 hours per week, including weekends (rotating shifts)

Language & Communication:

• Fluent English & Chinese (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Korean, Japanese) are a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and explain technical concepts clearly to non-experts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a human or veterinary clinic or hospital
• Pet ownership or strong interest in animal welfare
