Purchasing / Merchandising Associate is the one in charge to look for new products that will be available in the machine and offer the qualified vendors listing agreement. They are responsible to ensure that the quality of the store in terms of visuals and financial performance are achieved through proper planograms.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source potential suppliers to meet the company's product demands
• Work closely with the team to create roadmaps for regional hub sourcing
• Accredit vendors by ensuring their products are of high-quality standards
• Create listing packages (advertisement) for merchandising
• Update SKUs database
• Determine product selling prices based on cost and market demand.
• Update supplier module to make sure updated SKUs reflected
• Create merchandise plans for multiple machines regularly and maintain its standards
• Issue site instructions to WNL branch as the corporate office representative about any modifications in the machine planogram, merchandise design or any other changes.

COVER SHIFT:

• Performs any tasks assigned / directed to their subordinates in their absence

• Undertake other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
