Role: Mortgage Broking Assistant

Work Arrangement: Work From Office

Location: Pampanga

Schedule: Morning Shift

• Prepare and review loan applications and supporting documents for submission.
• Perform credit checks and assist with basic credit analysis.
• Liaise with clients to collect outstanding documents and respond to inquiries.
• Track application progress across multiple lenders and update CRM accordingly.
• Follow up with lenders, assessors, and settlement agents to ensure timely processing.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience with Australian mortgage brokers or lenders
• Strong credit understanding and ability to interpret credit reports
• Proficient in loan processing systems
