As a Freelance Jr. Multimedia Designer, you’ll have the freedom to work on your own schedule, but ensure team check-ins and deliverables set by the department head.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handles a minimum of 5 client accounts under EmergeCreative and at least one project under Website
- Work with big-name brands and strive to produce award-winning creative executions. Collaborate closely with the campaign team, providing feedback on multimedia content directions.
- Stay ahead of design trends and incorporate them into creative outputs.
- Develop multimedia assets for social media, digital ads, websites, print, and marketing collaterals.
- Maintain flexibility in design while ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Handle internal brand creatives and produce high-impact designs for both Emerge and its clients.
- Be open to constructive feedback and continuously seek improvement in design quality.
- Support production aspects of projects from concept to execution.
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, and deliver high-quality outputs on time.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in Graphic Design (work-related or personal projects).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and AfterEffects.
- Experience in video editing, campaign artwork, social media graphics, and web UI/UX is a plus.
- Strong branding sense, portfolio development skills, and knowledge of typography & color theory.
- Ability to adapt and design across multiple platforms, ensuring a cohesive look.
