Key Responsibilities

• Installation and Configuration: Set up and configure network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls, as well as network software and protocols.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including applying software updates and patches. Troubleshoot network issues and resolve problems related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Network Monitoring: Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and optimize network efficiency.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to users, assisting with network-related issues and ensuring access to network resources.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in network troubleshooting and configuration.
• Knowledgeable in providing technical support for desktops and laptops.
• Proficient in network configuration, SD-WAN technology, network and desktop troubleshooting, VLANs, and network policies.
• Willing to work 100% onsite at our office in Banawe, Quezon City.
