- Monitor network systems, servers, and infrastructure using network monitoring tools.
- Detect, analyze, and respond to network alerts and incidents.
- Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and system issues.
- Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate support teams.
- Maintain network performance and ensure system availability.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures.
- Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance.
- Support network upgrades, configurations, and deployments.
- Coordinate with IT teams, service providers, and clients regarding network issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and operational procedures
