Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an OFM Chatter (Sales NSFW Account)/Chatter position at WhaleTale OFM. As an OFM Chatter, you will be responsible for providing customer support, and engaging in clear communication. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying trends and improving chat interactions to boost online sales for influencers.

Qualifications

⭕ At least 6 months BPO Experience with excellent communication skills, Sales Experience is a huge bonus

⭕ OF Experience is a BIG PLUS!

⭕ Own Equipment (Laptop or PC) as this is 100% WFH

⭕ Private Space

⭕ Can start as soon as possible

⭕ 50mbps Internet Speed

⭕ At least 40wpm Typing speed

⭕ Philippine-based only

Compensation

Purely Commission-Based 5%

? Training Period: Please note that the initial 5-day training will be conducted onsite to ensure proper onboarding and hands-on support.

✨ If everything goes well and performance expectations are met, there is a strong possibility of transitioning to a remote (work-from-home) setup afterward.
