Job Summary:

We are looking for proactive and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for a US-based Health Insurance account. This seasonal role is ideal for candidates who are eager to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment and are open to future career opportunities within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based policyholders regarding health insurance inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information and efficient solutions to customers’ concerns.
  • Document customer interactions using internal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies.
  • Participate actively in training and quality improvement initiatives.


Job Requirements:

  • Above-average English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Amenable to working night shifts and shifting schedules.
  • HS (old curriculum) or SHS graduate with at least 6 months continuous international CCE Voice Account experience, OR
  • College graduate (no experience required).
  • Internet: Home internet plan of at least 35 Mbps (monthly subscription).
  • Must have an active Viber account (for interview and communication purposes).
  • Willing to be trained for a US-based Health Insurance account.
  • Applicants must reside in any of the following approved locations: Isabela, La Union, Pangasinan, Benguet, Cagayan, Ilocos Region, or Baguio City.
