Responsibilities

• Responsible for the deployment, operation, monitoring, and optimization of the company’s business on AWS cloud environments, ensuring high availability and security.
• Design cloud architecture based on business requirements, and continuously perform resource, performance, and cost optimization.
• Handle daily operations of Akamai CDN, including acceleration strategies, caching strategies, edge detection, and security policy optimization.
• Maintain and optimize core middleware (such as message queues, caches, and networks) to ensure system stability and high performance.
• Build and maintain the company’s logging and monitoring systems to enhance observability and troubleshooting efficiency.
• Participate in production environment incident handling, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Operations/SRE experience, with solid knowledge of Linux, cloud architecture, and networking fundamentals.
• Familiar with AWS platform usage and management, with the ability to design cloud architectures.
• Good understanding of Akamai CDN products and related configurations.
• Proficient in deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of mainstream middleware.
• Familiar with logging and monitoring systems, with proven on-site troubleshooting and performance optimization capabilities.
• Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and willingness to take On-call duties with a stable mindset.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with automation/IaC tools.
• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) operations.
• Experience in large-scale system operations and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
