Job Title: Operations and Sales Lead

Location: Makati City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Operations and Sales Lead to manage daily operations, drive revenue, and elevate the overall member experience within the coworking and office spaces. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about operational efficiency, team leadership, and building vibrant work communities.

Responsibilities:

Center Operations

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless and professional experience for members.
  • Streamline systems and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Uphold high standards for cleanliness, consistency, and quality of service.
  • Address operational concerns promptly to maintain smooth functioning of the center.


Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a small, high-performing team to achieve performance and engagement goals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and support team development initiatives.


Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Increase member acquisition, engagement, and retention to drive occupancy and revenue.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and local outreach initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics and implement strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
  • Develop initiatives to strengthen community engagement and member satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales and/or operations, preferably in coworking, hospitality, or property management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on customer experience and community building.
  • Proficient in using data to guide decisions and improve performance.
