Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of OneTech AI, ensuring smooth cross-department collaboration.
- Develop operational policies, SOPs, and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and office administration.
- Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and financial regulations in Singapore and other regions.
- Work with leadership to manage budgets, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in operations or project management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus for regional operations).
- Experience in finance, HR processes, or compliance in Singapore is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
