Coordinate and supervise the activities of the operations team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
Monitor workflow and productivity to identify and address any bottlenecks or inefficiencies
Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to uphold the highest quality of service
Identify training needs and provide guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and safety standards.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges
Proficient in verbal and written communication to effectively interact with clients and stakeholder
Familiarity with logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing
Adaptable to changing business needs and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Thorough understanding of relevant industry regulations and safety protocols.
