Group Manager

Location: Famy/Siniloan, Laguna

Shift: Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multi-unit store management teams to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Monitor and review sales, profit, and FSC (Food, Service, Cleanliness) performance of multiple stores.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and government requirements.
• Support recruitment, training, and succession planning of store management teams.
• Conduct store visits, review operational performance, and recommend improvements.
• Drive brand awareness initiatives through community relations and field sales activities.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of managerial experience in Jollibee, Mang Inasal, or similar quick-service restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and people management abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and perform fieldwork (store visits, sales activities).
