  • Oversee daily operations across multiple franchise locations to ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and support franchisees on operational best practices and effective management strategies.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and provide actionable feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing and corporate teams to align franchise strategies with company initiatives.


Requirements:


  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in franchise operations or related roles in the F&B industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills, proven problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in financial management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to develop operational training materials and conduct workshops for franchisees.
  • Working Conditions: Willingness to travel to various franchise locations as needed.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
