We are actively seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant to join our team in the Philippines. If you have a strong background in ERP Finance modules, process consulting, and Oracle Fusion configuration, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

As an Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing ERP finance operations while ensuring compliance with audit and financial controls. You will be responsible for leading finance module improvements, implementing changes, and enhancing user satisfaction while balancing operational costs.


??? ????????????????:


• Serve as the Functional Subject-Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion applications, reporting to the Head of Business Solutions.

• Oversee Application Systems Architecture, Design, Development, Implementation, and BAU Operations Support for Oracle ERP Cloud modules, including:

• General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets

• Invoice Processing, Expense Management, Office Procurement, Advanced Access and Control

• Reporting, and system linkages with Kyriba Treasury, Payroll, banks, Hyperion, Fleet/Commercial

• Manage Incident Management, Service Request, and Change Management to ensure all incident tickets are resolved within SLA.

• Actively engage with users and manage business expectations and IT governance.

• Adhere to corporate IT governance standards, including Change Control Board, Solutions Delivery Life Cycle, Service Delivery, and Enterprise Architecture guidelines.

• Regularly review and mitigate risk exposure related to the finance portfolio.

• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

• Lead and contribute to discussions with senior stakeholders, using modern communication tools to present structured insights effectively.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Finance system implementation, management, and operations support, with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion.

• Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials:

• Core Financials: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets

• Other Modules: Invoice Processing, Expense Management, Office Procurement, Advanced Access and Control, Reporting

• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement processes & configuration.

• Hands-on experience in end-user support, solution delivery, and service management.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support diverse users.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Certifications: PMP and ITIL Foundation (preferred).

• Experience in SQL, Oracle ERP Cloud OTBI, BIP Reports, OIC is a plus.

• Knowledge of FBDI/Web ADI, SOAP, and REST integrations is advantageous.
