We are hiring two Microsoft 365 Support Engineers for a full remote role with Day 1 HMO coverage. This position combines technical support and solution development. You’ll troubleshoot Microsoft 365 environments, manage identity and security, and also build modern apps and integrations using Microsoft technologies like Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure.

Salary Range: ₱35,000 – ₱70,000 per month

Location: Remote – Philippines

Key Responsibilities

Support:

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Handle ticket triage and manage requests via Autotask or similar systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues independently.
  • Assist with Intune (endpoint configuration, compliance, autopilot, application management).
  • Manage Azure AD/Entra ID, identity governance, authentication methods, and conditional access.
  • Support backup, security, and monitoring tools for Microsoft 365 environments.

Development:

  • Build and customize solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Configure SharePoint Online sites, lists, and document libraries.
  • Work with Graph API and Azure services for automation and integrations.
  • Develop web-based solutions using modern stacks (JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET, HTML/CSS).
  • Integrate and customize M-Files for document management workflows.
  • Implement and customize Dynamics 365 modules for business processes.
  • Design and manage ETL workflows for data integration between systems.
  • Perform data analytics and reporting using Power BI and other tools.
  • Explore and implement Copilot, OpenAI, and agentic interfaces for next-gen solutions.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years experience supporting Microsoft 365 in a technical support or engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD, identity governance, authentication methods, and conditional access.
  • Proficiency with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and admin centers.
  • Experience with Intune and device management.
  • Good understanding of Active Directory, hybrid identity, and migration scenarios.
  • Familiarity with backup, security, and monitoring tooling for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Basic development experience with Power Platform, web technologies, or .NET.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).


Preferred Skills

  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • MSP experience is a plus.
  • Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104AZ-204AZ-305, or PL-300 are highly valued.
