- Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs in compliance with Philippine laws and regulations (e.g., DENR, LLDA, DOLE-OSH). The EHS Officer ensures a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace through the development and enforcement of programs and procedures.
- The position includes coordination of environmental permits, monitoring of plant emissions and waste, and promotion of safety culture among employees.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
- Must be a Certified Pollution Control Officer (PCO) as required by DENR/LLDA.
- Must have completed DOLE BOSH/COSH training (Basic/Construction Occupational Safety and Health).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in EHS role in a manufacturing environment (preferably food manufacturing or FMCG).
