Order Placement: Manage the ordering process from Franchisee, ensuring timely and accurate placement of orders is observed.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, and other items, and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Vendor Communication: Establish and maintain relationships with Franchisee communicating order specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules, and resolving any issues or discrepancies as they arise.
Order Tracking and Receiving: Track order status and delivery schedules, coordinate receipt of deliveries with Franchisee and verify the accuracy and quality of received items against purchase orders.
Creates account receivable report and and submits to Finance and Accounting for recording and disbursement.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of orders, receipts, invoices, and inventory levels.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with commissary staff, heads, franchisee personnel and other team members to ensure seamless coordination of ordering processes and alignment with operational goals and priorities.
