工作培訓
- A Vehicle Maintenance Admin provides administrative support related to vehicle maintenance.
- This role involves a variety of tasks, including scheduling of maintenance, tracking vehicle history, managing budgets, and other vehicle-related tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate inspections and internal maintenance activities for company vehicles (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations).
- Coordinating with external service providers, mechanics, and suppliers.
- Manage and track vehicle service records and maintenance history.
- Managing preventive maintenance budgets and invoices.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitoring vehicle usage, mileage, and condition.
- Ordering parts and supplies as needed.
- Assisting with insurance claims or vehicle-related incidents.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (e.g., Business
- Administration, Logistics).
- With TESDA NCII in Automotive and other related fields is an advantage.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and record-keeping.
