Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs and requirements.

Provide expert knowledge and guidance on product features, benefits, and usage.

Demonstrate product functionality and explain how it addresses specific customer pain points.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Develop and deliver product presentations, training, and demonstrations to clients.

Conduct product research and stay up-to-date on new products or updates.

Offer post-sale support and troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, product inquiries, and sales leads.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).

Previous experience in a sales, consulting, or customer-facing role.

In-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.

Ability to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.

Problem-solving skills to address customer challenges effectively.

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate product functionality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel or meet with clients as required.
