About Your Role...

SiteMinder is growing its connectivity to PMSs, OTA Booking Channels and Applications at a rapid rate. As a Partner Integrations Analyst, you’ll play an integral role in co-ordinating and assisting our third party integration partners to link with SiteMinder via the SiteMinder APIs pmsXchange, SiteConnect, SMX, Channels Plus and DB APIs.

What You’ll Do…

  • In this role, you’ll be utilising your technical skills to troubleshoot complex problems that arise with our connectivity partners. You will be handling for ensuring they well aware the problem and then guiding them to a solution that fits their business requirements.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to exercise your passion for explaining a complex concept to someone in a way they can recognize and can take action on. You’ll go above and beyond to make sure any foreseeable gaps in partner knowledge is explained (even before they’ve asked).
  • Solving problems and making things easier for both the team, and our third party integrators is always something we’re always striving towards.
  • You’ll be working in a fast paced delivery team to ensure that our customer’s growing demand for new integration is met. At the same time, you’ll be ensuring quality and making sure each partner is certified to our high standards.

What You Have…

  • Have experience in providing a high level of Customer Service (via phone and email)
  • Have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Have strong written communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both software developers and business
  • Have the ability to prioritise workload in a fast paced team who are constantly on the go
  • Have previous experience in coordinating projects, or parts of projects
  • Work closely with the team to get the best outcome when confronted with something unexpected
  • Will always be on the look-out for improving the way things are done and will love give out their knowledge with the team
  • Flexible to work across time zones
  • Experience or exposure to basic scripting, basic SQL and log troubleshooting
  • Experience with SOAP and Rest API
  • Experience with Postman
  • Experience or exposure to writing/updating technical documentation
